Hokey Pokey

Is a delicious dessert or treat to get from anybody. it was also made in 1950 which kinda makes it
a special thing i guess. Cadbury made a crunchie bar out of hokey pokey covered in chocolate
its in favorite boxes to.

First we measured ½ a cup of sugar and ¼ cup of golden syrup and we put it in a medium sized pot
on the stove. Then we mixed it for 1 long lasting minute.

then we put some baking soda into the golden syrup and sugar.
after we sturd it for another 2 minutes, after we put the baking soda in the mixture it turned a different color
and it turned a bit puffy and a bit thicker.

The chemical reaction was caused by carbon dioxide which is what we breathe out.

I can not wait to try the Hokey Pokey because itś a treat but at school itś more of
a treat than ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

I thought it would dissolve through the water

Materials

• A bowl

jelly crystals

• 2 cup boiling water
• Something to mix with

Procedure

1. It looked like the water was changing color like army

men changing guard position

I saw the bowl getting covered in wet jelly

First we put some jelly crystals with boiling water then the jelly crystals
dissolved and then we put it in the fridge for a week.
