What is Hockey?
Equipment:
- For hockey you will need a hockey stick
- you will need a tennis ball or a proper hockey ball
- something that resembles a goal
Safety:
- Your not a ninja so do NOT carry or swing the stick above your head.
- I recommend using a mouth gaurd so that your teeth do not fall out (optional).
- Be careful where you swing.
- The balls stay on the ground
I learnt how to keep more control over the ball when I am dribbling and when I am passing and shooting.
